Indian Council of World Affairs

Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), an institute of national importance under the ICWA Act, 2001 and India’s oldest and leading foreign policy think tank, located at New Delhi and Foreign Policy Council "Ukrainian Prism", a leading non-governmental foreign policy think tank located at Kyiv, Ukraine, have agreed to collaborate institutionally through an MoU for promotion and support of activities that contribute to better understanding and relations between India and Ukraine. The MoU intends to promote and support exchange of visits by eminent persons in the fields of diplomacy and international relations to facilitate ICWA-Ukrainian Prism dialogue and cooperation. The MoU provides for joint organization of seminars, symposiums, and panel discussions on bilateral, regional, and global issues of mutual interest. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 29 May 2025 and comes into effect immediately.
