Indian Council of World Affairs

Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), an institute of national importance under the ICWA Act, 2001, located at New Delhi and India’s oldest and leading foreign policy think tank, and Mahatma Gandhi Central University(MGCUB), Motihari, Bihar, have agreed to collaborate in pursuit of their goal of expanding awareness and knowledge on international affairs and Indian foreign policy. The MoU provides for joint activities such as  studies, publications and seminars on agreed topics of international affairs and Indian foreign policy, also offering internships to students of MGCUB. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 25  June 2025 and  comes into effect immediately.
