Indian Council of World Affairs

Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), an institute of national importance under the ICWA Act, 2001, located at New Delhi and India’s oldest and leading foreign policy think tank, and International Relations & Diplomacy Dialogue (IRGDD), Kathmandu, Nepal, have agreed to collaborate institutionally through an MoU for promotion and support of activities that contribute to better understanding and relations between India and Nepal. The MoU intends to promote and support exchange of visits by eminent persons in the fields of diplomacy and international relations to facilitate ICWA-IRGDD dialogue and cooperation. The MoU provides for joint organization of seminars, symposiums and panel discussions on bilateral regional and global issues of mutual interest. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 7^th August 2025 and comes into effect immediately.
