UPSC aspirants who have opted for any discipline of social sciences as an optional subject will be eligible upon submission of the prescribed application form.

Referral Category

Students or research scholars pursuing studies in international relations, foreign policy, diplomacy, or political science may apply for a one-week referral membership. Referral membership may also be offered to categories other than students on case to case basis subject to approval of competent authorities.
