Indian Council of World Affairs

Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), an institute of national importance under the ICWA Act, 2001, located at Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001, and Hindu College, constituent college of University of Delhi located at Sudhir Bose Marg, Delhi 11007, have agreed to collaborate in pursuit of their goal of expanding awareness and knowledge on international affairs and Indian foreign policy. 

Hon'ble Vice-President of India Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar recently visited Hindu College on 15^th February 2024 and had announced an MoU of ICWA with Hindu College. Hon'ble Vice-President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar is the President of ICWA. 

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 7^th March 2024 between ICWA and Hindu College, which will be valid for a period of three years. 

The objective of the MoU is to organise studies and seminars on agreed topics on international affairs and Indian foreign policy and both parties have agreed to collaborate in the following manner:

1. Organizing joint events;
2. Undertaking joint studies through mutually agreed modalities on issues of common interest;
3. iii. If requested by Hindu College, ICWA will consider offering internships to students of Hindu College, aimed at building their capacity / skills in international affairs and foreign policy.
