            MoU between ICWA and United Service Institute of India (USI)

                 India’s oldest foreign policy think ICWA and India’s oldest think
            A  tank focusing on military affairs the United Service Institute
            of India (USI), New Delhi signed a MoU on November 9, 2020 for
            strengthened academic and research collaboration. The two think tanks
            will organize joint studies and events on international affairs, Indian
            foreign policy and national security within the ambit of the MoU. The
            ICWA-USI MoU will promote academic collaboration between two
            premier think tanks of India and would contribute to strengthened
            discourse on foreign policy and national security related issues.

            Returning to the Shadows’

                                                  ICWA organized a webinar on “China-
                                             A  Pakistan Relations and CPEC: Returning
                                             to the Shadows” on November 10, 2020. Dr. T.C.A. Raghavan, DG, ICWA
                                             chaired the event and delivered opening remarks. Mr. Andrew Small,
                                             Senior Transatlantic Fellow with the Asia Program at the German
                                             Marshall Fund of the United States was the lead speaker. Other speakers
                                             included; Prof. Srikanth Kondapalli, JNU; Dr Abanti Bhattacharya,
                                             Associate Professor, University of Delhi; and Dr. Ashok K. Behuria, Senior
                                             Fellow, IDSA.
